This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to DCM SIGN Film Institute through our website or other authorised channels.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate payment for the same course or program.
Technical error resulting in an incorrect or failed transaction after the amount has been debited.
Course or batch cancelled by the institute and no suitable alternative batch is provided.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after successful enrollment.
Inability to attend classes due to personal schedule, travel or any other personal reason.
Failure to attend or complete the program after the batch has started.

Refund Process & Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed in 7–10 working days back to the original source of payment
Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank or wallet, depending on your provider.
